Blaine Stewart founded Stewart Home Inspection in January 2004 in Knoxville, Tennessee and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He holds a Master Inspector certification from the Home Inspectors of Tennessee (HITA), is certified by the American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT) and has served as the Secretary and Treasurer of HITA. Blaine is a member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Certified Pool and Spa Inspector and his Infrared (Thermal) Certification. Blaine is also certified in Mold by the University of Tennessee and received training and holds a certificate from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) in Radon.

Adam Kinnaman has over 20 years' experience in real estate and received his home inspection certification from Tennessee Real Estate Educational Systems, Inc. (TREES). Adam is one of the few home inspectors in the state who holds dual master certifications (HITA and InterNACHI). He serves as an at large board member of HITA and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He is also a member of InterNACHI from whom he earned the title Certified Pool and Spa Inspector. He also received training and holds a certificate from ASHI in Radon.

Phil Novello has 20+ years of experience as a Journeyman Pipefitter as well as experience in residential maintenance and remodeling. Phil earned his home inspection certification through InspectionGo Academy. Phil is an active member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), from whom he earned his thermal imaging and radon certificates.
